Each of our staff members has signed a Confidentiality Agreement regarding the handling of client files.  Your files are stored at our secure premises.  We can stagger the process to spread the costs over time.

Tips for Saving Money

Preparing the paper for scanning is our most labour intensive , time consuming job.  Neat and tidy files are the easiest and cheapest to scan.  Flat, white, typed A4 paper will give you the best scanning job.

Avoid:

  • Glue and sticky tape
  • Heavily folded paper
  • Bright coloured paper
  • Small staples
  • Pencil and red pen
  • Illegible copies
